Service Agreement & Fee Authorization

The Client engages W3N Crypto Recovery Service to assess, plan, and attempt recovery of the Client’s digital assets described in this agreement. Recovery may include passwords, private keys, wallet access, device migration, exchange access, or related technical obstacles.
Initial Recovery Service: $100 CAD per hour.
Success Fee: 2% of the value of cryptocurrency successfully recovered or restored, calculated at the time of recovery and payable within 5 business days of successful access being confirmed.
If no assets are recovered, the 2% success fee does not apply. The Client remains responsible for hourly consulting fees for work actually performed.
Hourly fees are billed monthly or upon case completion. Success fees are invoiced immediately after confirmed recovery. Payment is due within 5 business days. Late payments may pause ongoing work.
The Client agrees to provide accurate information, available credentials, device access, documentation, and timely responses to requests. The Client remains responsible for any third-party hardware, software, or transaction costs.
Recovery depends on the specific case, asset type, and available evidence. W3N does not guarantee recovery of any particular asset or value. Fee authorization applies only to services rendered.
W3N will treat Client information as confidential. Case details will not be disclosed without consent unless required by law.
This agreement is governed by the terms posted on the W3N Crypto Recovery Service page. Amendments require written agreement from both parties.
